Information you share with us

This website does not have user accounts and does not store your details on a server. When you contact us, you choose what to share — for example your name, phone number, email address, travel date, pickup and drop locations, number of passengers and any message about your trip.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form on this website does not send your details to us directly. When you press “Send Enquiry on WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.

If you close the page without sending, the information you typed is not saved by this website.

WhatsApp, phone calls and email

When you message us on WhatsApp, call us or send an email, we receive the information you provide through that service, along with your phone number or email address.

WhatsApp and your email or phone provider process messages under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

How we use your information

We use the details you share only to respond to your enquiry, plan and confirm your trip, and communicate with you about your booking. Dhruv Travels does not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We may share the trip details needed to complete your booking — such as pickup location and time — with the driver assigned to your journey. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not currently use analytics. It stores a small amount of information in your browser’s storage — for example, that you have dismissed the cookie notice and that you have already seen the intro animation — so these do not appear again. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

How long we keep information

Messages and call records remain in our WhatsApp, phone and email accounts for as long as they are needed to handle your booking and for our normal business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
